Happy to train throughout Europe and the USA. We are only able to present our courses in English, and ask that all trainees have a working knowledge of the language.

Run at your own premises (Of course, you CAN bring your staff to us if you prefer to use our centres.)

Workstations provided for every course attendee to use for the duration of the course

Small Print - Onsite Courses

Purchase orders must be received before a course can be confirmed. Please make them out to First Alternative.

Invoices will normally be raised upon completion of each course presented, even when you book a series of courses.

We may ask for a deposit in advance of the training, for example where the expenses we incur will be high, such as flight and hotel costs overseas.
 
VAT must be added to all quoted prices at the standard rate, currently 15%.

If you wish to cancel or postpone a course, you must do so in writing no less than 10 clear working days before the commencement date, or full payment will be due.

Substitution of delegates may be made at any time but please inform our administrator.
