Scheduled Courses
Payment must be received before a
course can be confirmed.
Payment should reach us 15 working days prior to the start date of the
course.
We accept payment by cheque or debit/credit cards.

We will issue the following to you upon receipt of a booking
1. Proforma Invoice, showing courses booked and full amount due,
including VAT.
2. Payment form for your cheque or credit card details.
3. Our printed terms and conditions.
Cheques should be made payable to First Alternative.
A full VAT invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
Scheduled course fees include lunch
and refreshments, but not travel or accommodation.
VAT must be added to all quoted prices at the standard rate, currently
17.5%.
If you wish to cancel or postpone a course, you must do so in writing
no less than 10 clear working days before the commencement date, or
full payment will be due.
Substitution of delegates may be made at any time, but please inform
our training administrator.
Any refunds will normally be made by cheque.
Course descriptions are provided on our web site and are available upon
request. It is up to you to ensure all attendees meet the prerequisites
for attending any course, especially those beyond the basic level. We
reserve the right to cancel attendance and refund in full the monies
paid for anyone who does not meet the minimum skill requirements.

complete with pricing information, by visiting our pricing form.
Training Packages
You must pay the full amount in advance,
but you may book the individual parts at any later time within 1 year
of the first course.
Small Print - Onsite Courses
Some additional terms apply to our
on-site courses:-
Payment: We require a 50% payment in advance for all on-site courses.
The balance, plus expenses, will be invoiced after the course and is
due within 28 days of course completion.
We reserve the right to request full payment in advance where a client
has no previous credit history with us, or where the course is taking
place outside the UK. Customers may choose to pay the full amount in
advance in any case. Invoices will normally be raised upon receipt of
payment.
VAT must be added to all quoted prices at the standard rate, currently
17.5%.
